For us, everything revolves around ultrasonics and our generators and converters play an important role in this.
MS sonxGEN generators
Our generators are the intelligent energy source for ultrasonic. They convert a 50 Hz mains voltage into a high-frequency alternating voltage. We produce them in various frequency classes (20, 30, 35 and 40 kHz) for different requirements. The generators are taking on more and more „responsibility”, for example in the assessment of OK or NOK parts.
Converter MS sonxCON
Our converters convert the electrical energy of the generator into mechanical vibration. They are effectively the motor and „generate” the ultrasonic. Using state-of-the-art technology, including FEM calculations and 3D scanning vibrometers, we develop converters for various applications and industries.

👉🏻 6 employees produce around 2,000 generators and 8,000 converters per year.
👉🏻 This year we assembled the 100,000th 35 kHz converter.
